Business Litigation and Land Use Matters
The
Sack Law Firm represents clients in business and civil litigation matters. For
example, the Firm has recently represented a Westchester-based money manager
in a professional services dispute, and has defended a local Westchester County
municipality in a federal voting rights matter.
The Firm also represents individual clients in local zoning, planning and land use matters before zoning boards and planning commissions in Westchester County. For example, the Firm has recently assisted businesses and property owners with the preparation of site plan approval applications and zoning variance requests in connection with residential and commercial development projects.
Joe Sack, principal of the Firm, is an active member of local government organizations, and serves as a member of the City of Rye Zoning Board of Appeals.
