undersigned arbitrator(s) have decided and determined that in full and
final settlement of all claims between the parties that:

All claims against Lisa Fouraker are without merit and hereby
denied;
2) With regard to Claimant's cause of action against Respondent,
Salomon Smith Barney, concerning its handling of Claimant's account
during the period of time between February, 2001 and July, 2001, the
Panel finds in favor of Claimant and awards the sum of $7,500.00;
3) All other claims and causes of action are hereby denied; and
